An Introduction to Active and Inductive Learning for Busy Sceptics

CONTENT
Do you want to have a more engaging, interactive classroom environment? Research has shown that employing active and inductive learning techniques in your lecture can lead to greater motivation and improved learning. During the workshop, we will discuss teaching strategies such as think-pair-share, collaborative learning, and inquirybased methods, and discuss ways to implement problem- and project-based-learning into your class. Together with your colleagues, we will work to develop new teaching materials that you can use, and discuss how to introduce them into your class.
